Room reservations have to be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Deadline for cancellations free of charge for individual guest is 24 hours prior to check-in date, 3 days for the group smaller than 10 persons and with at least 10 days for larger groups. Cancellations that do not apply to this rules as well as "no shows" are subject to cancellation fee, equal to the cost of 1 night for each room.
